Saman Sanat Mobtaker’s industrial policy lays out a strategy for sustainable growth, competitiveness and job creation in the context of Europe and Asia. The 2012 review of the industrial policy communication will be adopted by the Commission in September 2012. The new communication should focus on a limited number of new initiatives capable of effectively delivering results to tackle the economic crisis in the short to medium term, as well as actions aiming at correcting or eliminating problems that may have been detected in the implementation of our industrial policy strategy.

Consultation and Projects
The Consultation and Projects Division supports and enables excellence in the provision of technical services fostering a sustainable R&D culture. Working closely with external partners, the project teams provide multi-disciplinary consultations based on the specific market needs and requirements. The division aims to:
· Develop the highest quality knowledge-based technical services recognized nationally and internationally;
· Foster and promote a sustainable research culture;
· Perform applied consultation research to aid the process of national industrial development;
· Assist the private sector in building successful technology enterprises and businesses using the latest technical expertise and know-how.

Scientific Research Division
Saman Sanat Mobtaker plays a fundamental role in responding to research and development requirements in Asia and Europe which leads to establishing a comprehensive applied industrial research base. In this regard, the Scientific Research Division is instrumental in attracting financial resources for the implementation of technology-based research and development activities and projects serving the national and international industries.
Economic and Feasibility Studies Division
Saman Sanat Mobtaker provides specialized, in depth economic and feasibility studies whereby clients can benefit from having access to critical information to assist them in making key decisions related to various projects. Over the years, Saman Sanat Mobtaker has built highly-specialized capacity whereby feasibility studies are based not only on pure economic and business analysis, but also merged with specific scientific data pertaining to specific industries.
